So far it has helped to keep oil under control and helps with brightening.
The ingredient list for this varies depending on what site you go to. I am looking at the box that I bought and I see no fragrance listed, nor titanium dioxide, nor grapefruit extract, etc. Please check the source on this Cosdna website.
