多少为过量
BHT的负面资讯大多是来自于百分之百浓度的BHT，而且口服BHT才可能造成的人体的伤害，BHT主要作为食品的防腐剂及包装材料，像是饼干的包装袋等，虽然服用高浓度的BHT可能会致癌，但是涂抹在皮肤上并不会造成敏感，因此在敏感性皮肤适用的产品中经常可以找到BHT，BHT在保养品及化妆品中的含量并不会有致癌的风险，它们在保养品的化妆品的浓度通常少于0.1%，BHT虽然会被皮肤吸收，但是并不会进入到血流里，简单地说，并不需要避免含有BHT的产品，这是在化妆品成分审核委员会(Cosmetic Ingredient Review Board)里经过很多科学家和毒物专家证实的

怕东怕西，干脆什么都别用了呗~
还有人担心厂商会添加50%的BHT。。。
脑子有问题啊，防腐剂不要钱？如果添加过量造成大量使用者过敏，厂商才最倒霉好吧！再说进口品牌，原产国都会审查，你操什么心。。。
真不知道这人的脑回路是什么样的。。。
能不要就不要用....还是有安全上的疑虑，保养品每天擦每天都接触....

It's the acronym for Butylated Hydroxy Toluene. It's a common synthetic antioxidant that's used as a preservative.
There is some controversy around BHT. It's not a new ingredient, it has been used both as a food and cosmetics additive since the 1970s. Plenty of studies tried to examine if it's a carcinogen or not. This Truth in Aging article details the situation and also writes that all these studies examine BHT when taken orally.
As for cosmetics, the CIR (Cosmetic Ingredient Review) concluded that the amount of BHT used in cosmetic products is low (usually around 0.01-0.1%), it does not penetrate skin far enough to be absorbed into the bloodstream and it is safe to use in cosmetics.
