PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone. KF-6028 by Shin-Etsu is a W/Si emulsifier. It is a polyether-modified, branched silicone. It shows high solubility in oil. It can be used to make products with unique characteristics in terms of emulsion viscosity and stability. It shows good compatibility with silicones. KF-6028 is used in skin care, sunscreen and make up products.
