Yes seems so. Just trying that ingredient alone on the 'Analyze cosmetics' you'll see it rate 0 on both acne and irritant, and 1-3 on safety!

Titanium dioxide is not for me.
I believe it causes my Lichen Planus lesions on my face. My dermatologist agrees.
