I spent months doing extensive research on the toxicity of "safe" ingredients. CO is the only hair care brand I've found, which is 100% chemical free, toxin free (including fragrance), with minimal ingredients.
Pros: scent is very mild but lovely; never triggers my asthma or allergies (no synthetic fragrance); hair is clean, with a beautiful shine and luster; scalp is never dry, never flakes, and produces far less oil than with chemical shampoos; doesn't produce much lather and never feels squeaky clean after rinsing (which is good because hair is not stripped of all moisture = no harsh cleansing agents such as sulfates, while still thoroughly clean). The purchase price isn't very expensive, and because you need to use far less product for each step, they are less expensive than drug store products, in the long run.
Cons: none.
I, literally, cannot say enough good things about this brand! As long as they remain toxin free, I'll remain a loyal customer.
